If you made a purchase and the product you received did not meet your expectations or did not fit, do not worry! tnin makes your 1st exchange completely free of charge and you can exchange one or more products from your order, respecting the deadline rules below

Exchange:the period to request the exchange is up to 30 (thirty) consecutive days, counted from the date of receipt of the order. The exchange can be made for any other product, of equivalent or different value, as long as it is available in our stock. Requests received after a period of 30 (thirty) days will not be accepted.


Return and refund of the amount:The request for return must be made within seven (07) days calendar days, counted from the date of receipt of the goods. The return will take place in the same method and payment amount of the order. Requests received after the deadline will not be accepted.

Exchange due to defects:The request for exchange due to defects must be made within 90 (ninety) days after receiving the order and the deadline for analysis of the defective product is 30 (thirty) days from the receipt of the order in our logistics.

What must be checked before requesting the Exchange or Return?
PRODUCTS THEY WILL BE ACCEPTED ONLY IF ACCOMPANIED BY THE INVOICE, WITHIN THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

Labels and seals intact;
Original undamaged packaging or in a plain cardboard box;
Parts cannot be washed or used;
No odors or stains;
No grooves or signs of use on the sole.


Important:
If Tnin Shoes understands that the returned product does not meet the criteria necessary for the exchange or return mentioned above, it is exempt from accepting the return or making the exchange.

Exchange and return process:
To exchange or return a product, contact us by email contato@tninshoes.com or Whatsapp (11)99650- 5259 and we will direct the process.

- The refund will be made in the same payment method as the order.

The deadline for releasing the exchange or return order is up to two (02) days business days, after receipt of the return in our stock.

The reversal confirmation is up to seven (90) business days, after receipt of the return in our stock.Recalling that credit card operators credit may take up to two invoices subsequent to the month of requesting the reversal to carry out the credit.

I got a gift bought at TNIN SHOES, but I want to exchange it.
How to proceed?

It's simple! Contact us through our email or whatsapp and inform your desire to make the exchange. It will be necessary to inform the Order number that appears on the Invoice sent with the product, we need this information to locate the purchase registration.

The product to be exchanged must be in its original packaging, with no signs of use. The exchange request must be made within 30 days after receipt.
